The room was cozy, the staff were friendly, and the location was superb for exploring Soho and Greenwich Village. Some minor noise and temperature issues, but the overall experience was fantastic. Will definitely return!

I stayed in a hotel in SoHo, close to Washington Square Park. LOVED the traditional breakfast with a view of southern Manhattan. I'd choose this place again. The view was better than the photos.

Planned to see New York major attractions and it was great place for visiting all of them.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, though everything was perfect.

The front desk staff at Four Points was incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable with great pillows and just the right number of blankets. The room was clean and simple, a great value for New York. The location was fantastic, close to the subway and many attractions. The thin walls were a minor issue, but the staff was accommodating. The construction didn't affect my weekend stay too much, and the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were enjoyable. Despite the musty room smell and tepid shower water, the overall experience was positive.

The hotel was little with amazing views and an easy location in the heart of SoHo. Loved an individual safe, flat screen cable TV and a seating area in the room. The food was great - lots of options. Great service during our stay.

The bedding was unexpectedly scratchy, but hey, who needs a plush bed when you can have a 4-minute walk to the New York City Fire Museum? My inner firefighter was ignited! The unusual comfort of the scratchy bed drove me to explore and discover the history of the city's bravest.

We had a REALLY NICE stay in a long time. Everything was very clean from the terrific service to the good food. We stayed in the queen room and loved it.

The room was like a cozy oasis with the comfiest bed and a big TV for a great movie night. It felt so homely with the free WiFi and the bottled water, just what I needed after a long day of exploring.

During our stay for a business trip in New York, we appreciated the convenient location of the hotel near our company's office. Despite some noise from the street and the lack of proper soundproofing in the room, the attentive and helpful staff made our stay more comfortable. The nearby restaurants and walkable distance to business and tourist attractions added to the positive aspects of our experience.

The hotel was hip new, the room was well-kept, the beds were extremely comfy. It was located in a pretty quiet area close enough to nearby shopping, Hudson River Park, SOHO, Greenwich Village.

Stayed for 5 nights with my teenage daughter. Perfect location to explore NYC. Staff amazing, cleanliness the best I've ever experienced. Room well decorated and comfortable. Best hot, powerful shower ever. Very quiet. Nice bar, room service, vending machines, ice, ATM. Impressive.

Noise: soundproofing is not equivalent to what you can get in France. The windows are not triple glazed on the 21st floor. The doors let people hear people on the landing and slam easily.

The hotel area is not the prettiest, but it's not bad either. The beauty starts just three streets away from the hotel.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the hotel's central location near Tribeca, West Village, and Soho. The comfortable rooms and amazing beds made for a great night's sleep. The gym was basic but functional, and we appreciated the free drinking water bottles. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front desk clerk who went above and beyond to accommodate us. the hotel felt clean and well-maintained.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were reasonable given the location in a great West Village neighborhood. The staff provided excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms were updated and clean, with basic amenities such as sanitizer in the shower.

Too much noise, you could hear everything, hall and street.. maids knocked on the door all the time, didn't let you sleep.

The room was surprisingly spacious, super clean, and the free water was a nice touch. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Although the windows were a bit old and let some street noise in, it didn't bother me much overall, considering the awesome location and comfy room 🏙️.

A large room on the upper floor with the comfort of Sheraton beds. Excellent free wifi. Coffee, tea, bottled water and bathroom products renewed daily. All the staff are very dedicated, friendly and available whether it be reception or room service. Hot drinks (tea and coffee) in the room every day renewed daily as well as bathroom products. The kindness of Hash who made my Check in and Check out. The taxi reserved for my return to the airport. The location of course in the heart of Soho where everything is next door to stroll, or eat . I knew that there were works just opposite but apart from one evening when trucks made noise in the evening, I was not at all bothered by the noise. A little more on weekends by customers slamming doors in the corridors but it's the same everywhere.

I recently stayed at Four Points in Soho for a few days while on a trip to NYC. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, even rearranging our stay when our flight got cancelled. The hotel was clean, the wifi was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant onsite was also fantastic, definitely worth a visit.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. It has a great location, near multiple subway stations and in my favorite neighborhood in NYC. There are plenty of eateries and shops nearby, and it's also close to the West Village. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a nice bathroom with a tub. the wifi worked well for me, although my husband had some trouble due to his iPhone. the TV had numerous channels and the room was quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep.
